Riverwood Renovations began after going through our own renovation projects and experiencing firsthand how difficult it can be to find contractors who truly listen, communicate clearly, and deliver quality work without cutting corners.
We saw an opportunity to do things differently, to create a renovation company built on trust, thoughtful planning, and craftsmanship that we are proud to put our name on. What started with personal projects and investment properties has grown through relationships, referrals, and homeowners who value quality and integrity as much as we do.

"Jennifer at Riverwood Renovations is always so easy to work with and her team does an amazing job! We've done several projects with them, but the one that stands out the most was a complete garage finish-out and partial remodel, wherein they finished the drywall and painted, installed an epoxy coat on the floor, redid all of the electrical and new lights, installed a large storage closet and a new water heater. We also had level 2 car chargers installed, and a minisplit. My husband is picky about what he wanted and was a little scattered (men amiright 😂) , but the team was patient and very clear in communication the entire time to make sure no mistakes or misunderstandings occurred. The price was very reasonable and stayed within our budget. I can’t recommend this team enough - they are hard working people focused on quality and relationships, and the pricing is very fair."

"We hired Riverwood Renovations because our entire house was destroyed by a hailstorm.. Jennifer’s crew worked really hard during the entire job and focused on every detail. The crew completed the job as we expected by tearing out all the old vinyl siding and layers underneath, down to the studs. They replaced all new insulation, plywood, wrap and hardie plank siding! They even repaired all of the rotten wood and rebuilt an area of our fireplace structure. They sealed our old windows and added trim around every window. Afterward, they painted all of the trim, all of the siding, and soffits. All we had to do was choose a color palette. We also had a leaky wall in our garage from the hailstorm that they repaired with new framing, insulation and drywall inside. The tape and float job came out great! I would definitely hire them again!
The costs of all the work completed was competitive compared to five other major company quotes that we met with. The crew was here the entire time from beginning to completion of the job. We would hire Jennifer’s crew again for future jobs!"
