Terms & Conditions
By accessing or using the Riverwood Renovations website, submitting a form, requesting an estimate, or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you should not use our website or services. All information on this website is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute a binding offer, contract, or professional advice. Project pricing, timelines, materials, and outcomes may vary based on site conditions, design decisions, material availability, permitting requirements, and unforeseen circumstances.
Any estimate or proposal provided by Riverwood Renovations is preliminary and subject to change. A binding agreement exists only when a written contract is signed by both parties. Changes to the scope of work, materials, design, or conditions may require a written change order and may result in additional costs or schedule adjustments. Unforeseen conditions, including but not limited to hidden water damage, structural issues, mold, electrical or plumbing deficiencies, or code upgrades, may require additional work and expenses beyond the original estimate.
Unless expressly stated in writing, permits are not included in estimates and contracts. Code compliance requirements imposed by local authorities may result in additional costs. Riverwood Renovations may use subcontractors, suppliers, and third-party service providers to perform work. We are not responsible for delays or disruptions caused by subcontractors, supply chain issues, weather, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Payment terms are governed by the signed contract. Deposits are typically required prior to commencement of work, and final payment is due upon substantial completion unless otherwise stated. Late or non-payment may result in work stoppage, additional fees, or enforcement of contractual rights. Workmanship warranties, if any, are defined in the written contract, and manufacturer warranties apply to materials and products. Normal wear and tear, environmental factors, improper maintenance, and homeowner misuse are excluded from warranties.
To the fullest extent permitted by Texas law, Riverwood Renovations shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from a project shall not exceed the amount paid under the applicable contract. Any disputes arising from the use of this website or our services shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas. The parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution before pursuing litigation, mediation, or arbitration as outlined in the contract.
